🏡 The 64m² flat is located at 7 rue des capucins in Obernai, you will be just a short walk from the town centre, shops 🛍️ and the tourist office.


It has 🍽️ an open-plan kitchen ( fridger/freezer, hob, oven, dishwasher, kettle, classic Nepresso coffee machine, toaster) with a central island for sharing your meals.

🛋️ The living room with television is bright and opens onto the terrace.

🌞 You'll be able to enjoy your meals indoors, but also on the terrace on sunny days.

🛏️ On the night side, the flat has one bedroom with a queen-size bed and one bedroom with a bunk bed 🪜. (⚠️Cet flat is equipped with a bunk bed. The high bed is not suitable for children under 6 years old.)

🚽The toilet is separate from the bathroom.

House rule

🚭 This flat is non-smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, chichas and any other smoking devices is prohibited.

Smoking or using a smoking device will incur a penalty of €250 extra cleaning charge.


⛔ Pets are not allowed.


🧹 Bed linen, towels and standard final cleaning at the end of your stay are included in the price. This includes a change of bed linen and general cleaning of the flat and bathrooms.

🧹 However, you are responsible for cleaning and putting away the dishes, taking out the rubbish, emptying the fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven and microwave, as well as tidying up inside the flat. If you do not wish to take care of this, you can order a supplement called "complete cleaning" of the flat for 30 euros before your arrival. If you do not book this option in advance, and if you fail to comply with these instructions, you will be charged a €60 cleaning fee.


📝 After booking, you will be asked to sign a digital contract and provide proof of identity via the Yaago platform, as well as information for the police form, in accordance with current regulations. If the identity of the persons present during your stay does not match that of the booking, we reserve the right to refuse you access to the accommodation.
