The neighborhood: Patacona Beach, in the municipality of Alboraya, is a must-visit during your stay in Valencia. It is the natural continuation of Malvarrosa Beach, thus sharing all its leisure and dining services. This area maintains its charm both in summer and winter, as it is a quiet town with numerous playgrounds and gardens. Just a few meters from the apartment is the pedestrian promenade with all kinds of services and leisure facilities: trendy restaurants and renowned rice dish eateries, beach bars for a drink, wooden walkways on the sand, umbrella and sun lounger service on the beach, as well as public showers, beach volleyball facilities, etc. In the neighboring Malvarrosa district, you will find supermarkets and ATMs, as well as the well-known museum of the Valencian writer Vicente Blasco Ibáñez. Horchata is the typical drink of Valencia, and its cultivation, native to the municipalities north of the city, is centered in the town of Alboraya, the municipality to which Patacona Beach belongs.
Therefore, it is common to find horchaterias in this area to try it. Furthermore, due to its location north of the city, it is also an excellent starting point for visiting the beaches and well-known tourist towns to its north: Port Saplaya, whose peculiar urban design has earned it the nickname "Little Venice"; El Puig, with its 13th-century monastery; or Sagunto, a historic city presided over by its Roman castle and whose Jewish quarter is well worth a visit, among others. Getting around: Just a few meters from the apartment, bus stops, taxi stands, and a cycle path are available. Bus: Line 31 Stop Mare Nostrum - Mar Tirreno accessible in 5 minutes (150 meters). Tram: Lines 4, 6 Stop Beteró.
The property features Wi-Fi, parking, and hot/cold air conditioning.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay, we liked the location which is close to the beach and that the bus was available in front of the building. I will say that compared to other rentals we’ve stayed at we found that we needed to purchase more consumables; salt, pepper, oil, toilet paper(only got two rolls for two adults for 8 nights).

Really perfect, clean, very well equipped property. Photos don’t really do it justice, it’s spacious light and bright with a lovely large outside area. Would definitely visit again. Communication regards arrival instructions was a little bit slow otherwise this is a perfect property.

Danke an Antonio.
