The Cocoonr agency propose to you to rent, on the commune of Rennes, near the centre town, this new flat, luminous and air-conditioned with Wi-Fi (optical fibre), of a surface of 29 m ² and being able to accommodate to 2 travelers.
Located on the 1st floor (without lift), it consists of a nice living room of 15 m², a fitted kitchen, a sleeping area and a bathroom (with Italian shower and rainshower). Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4* hotel quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be prepared on your arrival. The accommodation is composed as follows : - A 15 m² living room with TV - A kitchen equipped with : electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, hotplates, Nespresso coffee machine... - A bedroom with 1 double bed (140×190) - A bathroom with Italian shower, WC Outside : - A balcony, a terrace to enjoy the beautiful days On the ground floor of the residence, you will find a laundry room with washing machine and dryer as well as a bicycle garage. Please note Access to the flat is by stairs.
Please take this information into account if you have heavy luggage, or if you are a disabled or elderly person. The flat is ideally located in Rennes, in a very pleasant environment.
You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and the market: Carrefour City in front of the building, Intermarché at 150 meters, the bar Le hibou and the restaurant BRETONE. Transportation: If you choose to come by car, you can park in front of the building (paying parking). We had a great week. . . . However, the information initially provided about parking locally was inadequate. The host, when messaged, was helpful about this issue.There was no information about rubbish disposal - we were lucky to see bins (for other properties!) on the street for a short period of time, and use them. The apartment was comfortable and convenient for the city.

Batz Proper en netjes appartement met terras. Niet erg veel last van de grote baan ernaast. Duidelijke communicatie met host. Op wandelafstand van Rennes centrum. Badkamer heeft niet veel ophang en opbergruimte (te grote lavabo's), maar de douche is zeer goed! Oven = combi microgolf, keuken is beperkt maar goed voor weekendje weg als je niet uitgebreid moet koken. Tevreden!

Super Lage zur Innenstadt. Trotz Straße sehr ruhig. Schöner Balkon. Es gibt immer freie Parkplätze vor der Tür.
Schlafzimmerbett war sehr klein. Keine Spülmaschine und die Schlüsselübergabe sollte kontaktlos sein.
