We are offering this charming flat for rent in the city of Rennes, just a stone’s throw from the Anatole France metro station and the Pontchaillou University Hospital.
It features Wi-Fi (fibre optic), has a floor area of 40 m² and can accommodate up to 2 guests. Situated on the 2nd floor (no lift), it comprises a lovely 40 m² living room with sloping ceilings, a fully fitted kitchen, a bathroom (with shower) and a 30 m² terrace with garden furniture. Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels); your bed will be made up on arrival. Outside: - A 30m² terrace with a sofa and two armchairs to enjoy the sunny days The flat is ideally situated near Pontchaillou University Hospital, accessible directly via a footbridge 300 metres away. This flat occupies the first floor of a detached house. On both sides of Boulevard de Verdun, you’ll find bakeries, a Biocoop and a Carrefour Market, all within 300 metres. Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park on the street (paid parking).
