In Saint-Aubin-sur-Mer, we offer this charming 49 m² flat, renovated in 2022, with a sea view, which can accommodate up to 4 people.
Located on the 2nd floor (no lift), it comprises an attractive 21 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower) and a shared seafront garden of around 1,600 m².

Location & surroundings
The flat is ideally located in Saint-Aubin-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Thanks to its ideal location, you'll have the opportunity to explore the region's beautiful landscapes, including the beach at Saint-Aubin-sur-Mer for a moment of relaxation or to take advantage of the water sports offered by the town's sailing club. One of these beaches is Juno Beach (where the Canadians landed) at Courseulles-sur-Mer. If you want to learn more, you can go on an excursion to visit all the Second World War sites in Normandy. At the end of the day, enjoy yourself at the casino before setting off the next morning on a tour of Caen: the castle of William the Conqueror, contemporary art museums, the city's 100 bell towers... Don't leave without admiring a sunset from Cap Romain, a protected site with an abundance of fossils of great geological interest.
If you choose to come by car, you can park for free near the accommodation (town hall car park, street parking, etc.). As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Nearest train station: Caen station 22 km away (30 minutes by car) - Nearest airport: Caen airport 24 km away (32 minutes by car)

La situation front de mer
La conciergerie répond mais n'agit pas.
Nous avons pu écrire sale sur les meubles grâce a la poussière !
Le calcaire dans les WC c'est beurk !
La douche s’evacue très mal voir déborde.

Le logement est super bien située, avec une vue incroyable. Le logement est moderne super pour passer un bon séjour. Ce que je trouve dommage c’est le ménage qui est bof. Je penses qu’il serait temps de faire une ménage de printemps dans l’appartement.

Appartement très bien situé, propre, fonctionnel. Seul petit bémol, le wi-fi est très faible, compliqué de faire du télétravail.
