In front of the Residence there is a very long bicycle and pedestrian path that allows you to reach both locations and above all the beach "La Zattera" which is only 600 metres away.
The flat is located in a Residence with a shared garden and a large shared outdoor swimming pool and guarantees a totally relaxing stay.
