The holiday home is located 300 meters from the lake and from free access to the lake for swimming.
The 700 m² garden with many different flowers, herbs, and fruit bushes (incl. a covered seating terrace with barbecue facilities) and the house are for your sole use! For our little guests, there is a small sandbox.
On the ground floor of the house, you will find a kitchen (well-equipped: electric stove, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave oven, etc.) with a dining table, a pine living room with LCD satellite TV and a sofa bed, a bathroom, and a toilet.
On the upper floor, there are 3 bedrooms: one with a double bed, adjoining one with 2 beds (and a balcony), and separately accessible one with a French bed.
Internet access via Wi-Fi is available.
A cot and high chair are of course available free of charge.
We are happy to inform you about excursion and hiking opportunities in the surrounding area! Feel free to contact us at haus.gartenfreude@aon.at or +43 650 92 00 914! Upon booking, the MIC card is included, which grants you, for example, free admission to outdoor and indoor swimming pools as well as museums, and free travel on toll roads in the area.
From May to September, all electricity costs are included.
From October to April, electricity costs are to be paid according to consumption (electricity meter in the house).

The house was close to the (free) lake with a playground. In the surroundings there is a lot to do as well. The owner responded very quick to all questions and everything in the house was fine except for one thing...
Only downside for us were the mattresses which were a little bit too soft to our li...
