Welcome to Smiley's Seehaus, exclusively for one family.
Jump directly from the living room into the cool lake, swim relaxed, and let the magnificent natural panorama sink in—in the most beautiful spot on Lake Millstatt.
The romantic lake cottage is fully equipped for you! Ground floor: Living room with open fireplace and satellite TV, fully equipped kitchen (e.g., fully automatic coffee machine, dishwasher), dining area, bathroom with shower and toilet, large terrace built over the lake with a covered seating area. "Hexensauna," loungers.
First floor: 2 double bedrooms, one twin bedroom, toilet and sink facilities.
For your information: A processing fee of €70.00 will be charged for cancellations of your booking.

The quiet location directly on the water creates an inspiring environment for focused work and relaxing breaks.

Pets without food: €18/day for up to 3 animals.
Final cleaning: €150 - one-time.
Electricity €0.60 per kWh from September 1st to May 1st, plus local tax €3 / adult / day from May 1st, 2026 €4.50. 6th person surcharge €25/day.
Wellness treatments at Smiley's Kinderhotel according to the price list.
Sauna landscape, wellness area, indoor pool, and children's fun pool, childcare, and use of all play facilities at the main establishment Smiley's Kinderhotel in Trebesing (6 km away) during opening hours are included.
Highway exit Seeboden am Millstättersee - first road right after 300 meters, then right again.
You will reach your destination after 500 meters. (Signposted) Arrival times: From 3:00 PM.
Key handover and return at Smiley's Kinderhotel in Trebesing or by arrangement.
Departure times: By 10:00 AM, please vacate the cottage! We definitely recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
