The holiday home "Sonnenwiese" is located in an excellent, sunny spot in the small, peaceful village of Obermillstatt.
It is approximately 2 km from the lake and is situated about 200m above Lake Millstatt, thus also above the morning fog line.
On this plateau, also known as the "Sun Plateau," excellent air quality is guaranteed, and you can enjoy wonderful sunshine all day long.
Obermillstatt is known for its wonderful, Mediterranean wellness climate south of the Alps. Enjoy a relaxed life with your loved ones in this modern, accessible wellness bungalow (80 m²), the sunny south-facing terrace, and the fantastic view of the surrounding mountains. The holiday home "Sonnenwiese" is fully equipped and impresses with an open-plan living and dining area with a modern kitchen. 2 bedrooms with a total of 6 beds 2 bathrooms (each with a toilet) Storage room Large south-facing terrace Accessible (no stairs) Carport Large garden Traffic-calmed access road Everything for a pleasant holiday is available: dishwasher, cutlery, crockery, fridge-freezer combination, microwave, washer-dryer, free WiFi, pellet stove, spherical grill, sun loungers, 2 satellite TVs, DVD player, 2 bicycles, bed linen, towels, etc. Short distances to many attractions such as the artists' town of Gmünd, the Nockalm Road, Maltatal, Lake Millstatt, Lake Wörthersee, etc. Further activities such as hiking, cycling, swimming/lido access, thermal spas/wellness, water sports, climbing, paragliding, horseback riding, golfing, and much more are also in the immediate vicinity. Or you can take a day trip to the Adriatic Sea, approximately 200 km away. In winter, the ski resorts Sportberg Goldeck, Bad Kleinkirchheim, Katschberg, Gerlitzen, and of course the famous Mölltaler Gletscher (open all year round) and others are easily accessible. Our offer for our guests: The "Millstätter See Inclusive Card" is included with all overnight stays. With this card, you get free admission to various lidos, panoramic roads, discounted e-bike rentals, etc. Carinthia looks forward to welcoming you. Ein sehr gemütliches und liebevoll eingerichtetes Häuschen mit grandiosem Blick auf die wunderschöne Bergkulisse. Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Aktivitäten am und im Millstätter See, rund ums Jahr. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
