The location
The non-smoking flat in an east-facing location is located on the 2nd floor of the listed Kruse warehouse. The old harbour of Wismar, one of the most attractive places in the cosmopolitan Hanseatic city, is at your feet. From here, you can explore the city and the beautiful surrounding area. The Old Harbour is a very popular venue for events and festivals and is also the original filming location for SOKO Wismar, the well-known ZDF series!
The historic old town is just a 10-minute walk away. Here you will find numerous shopping facilities, restaurants and cafés, a colourful range of leisure activities and nightlife, sights and excursion destinations. The city on the Baltic Sea and its events, such as the Swedish festivals or the harbour days, attract over 500,000 visitors every year. The island of Poel is ideal for long walks on the beach. Here you can walk along the coast for hours in any weather and let the wind blow through you.

Furnishings
The bright flat has floor-to-ceiling windows in the bedroom, underfloor heating, free WiFi and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen with dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, cooker with 4 ceramic hobs and oven, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and blender. In the combined living/dining area there is a double sofa bed (1.40 x 2.00 m), a flat-screen TV (42 inch), a hi-fi system and board games. Enjoy pleasant hours on the balcony with a view of the harbour. The bedroom has a comfortable box-spring double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and a flat-screen TV (42 inch). The tasteful bathroom has a walk-in rain shower, washbasin, WC, towel warmer and hairdryer. The flat has a safe for a laptop size up to approx. 17 inches.

Our team welcomes you at the reception of the Krusespeicher and will be happy to answer any questions you may have during your stay. The Krusespeicher has a free sauna area that extends over two levels; there are two Finnish saunas, a bio sauna and a relaxation room at your disposal
