Sehr schöner Balkon, Fahrstuhl war schnell und hat immer funktioniert vom 4 Stock bis in die Tiefgarage zum ein oder ausladen .
Uns hat nicht gefallen das nur Autos bis max.1,5 m höhe in die übereinander liegenden Boxen passen. Schade muss man sich außerhalb einen Parkplatz suchen, garnicht so einfach und teuer

der blick zum hafen=null.,das betreten des innenhofes auch fremden ermöglichtwird, ebenso über die tiefgarage und von
dort auf die etagen ohne bremse! die enge tiefgarage trotz dort aufgehängte schilder pkw's mit fahrradträger dort montieren und vorübergehend ? parkieren
Strandnah und trotzdem ruhig.
