The flat has free WiFi, a bathroom with shower, two bedrooms with double bed, a cosy living area with double sofa bed and hi-fi system with flat-screen TV, telephone (calls to the German landline network are free of charge) and DVD player, two winter gardens with beautiful sea views and a fully equipped separate kitchen with kettle, coffee machine, toaster, oven, dishwasher, microwave and freezer.
On request, we can provide you with a cot and a high chair for a fee.

The special features
You can book a parking space in the underground car park for an additional charge. According to the manufacturer, the entry height for concrete parking spaces is 2.05 m, the permitted vehicle width is 1.90 m and the vehicle length is 5.00 m. There is a lift in the building.
You can use the washing machine and tumble dryer in the house for a fee. An ironing board and iron are available in the laundry room. There is a sauna in the complex, which is available to you free of charge every day from 5.00 pm. Pets are not permitted in this non-smoking flat.
