The location
The high-quality flat is located in a north-westerly position on the third floor of the building. The old harbour of Wismar, one of the most attractive places in the Hanseatic city, lies at your feet. The city and the beautiful surrounding area are ideal for exploring from here. The Old Harbour is also a very popular venue for events and festivals.
The historic old town of Wismar is just a 10-minute walk away. Here you will find numerous shopping opportunities, restaurants and cafés, a colourful range of leisure activities and nightlife, sights and excursion destinations. The city on the Baltic Sea and its events, such as the Swedish festivals or the harbour days, attract over 500,000 visitors every year. The island of Poel is ideal for long walks on the beach. Here you can walk along the coast for hours in any weather and let the wind blow through you.

The facilities
The bright and modern non-smoking flat has underfloor heating, free WiFi and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, a cooker with 2 ceramic hobs and oven, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and blender. In the combined living/sleeping area there is a comfortable box-spring double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m), a flat-screen TV (40 inch) and a music system. The flat has a safe for laptops up to approx. 17 inches in size. The modern bathroom has a walk-in rain shower, washbasin, WC, towel warmer and hairdryer.

The special features
Our team welcomes you at the reception in the neighbouring Upstalsboom Krusespeicher. There is a sauna area in the Krusespeicher, which is available to you as guests of the holiday flats free of charge. The area is spread over two levels and includes two Finnish saunas, a bio sauna and a relaxation room.
A public car park and a public multi-storey car park (both for a fee) are located in the immediate vicinity. A washing machine and tumble dryer are available in the apartment complex. There is a clothes horse in your flat. A lockable storage facility for bicycles is available.

The laundry package per person and stay is included for you! It includes one towel, one bath towel, bed linen and one shower mat per bathroom. On request, our team on site will be happy to provide you with additional packages of bed linen and towels for a fee.
