The 51 m² 3-room holiday apartment is suitable for up to 4 people.
The cozy holiday accommodation particularly stands out with its charming furnishings and a terrace facing the sea. **The Location** The apartment is located on the ground floor of the 'Dünenschloss' holiday complex, on the northeast side of House 2, nestled between the Baltic Sea beach and the city forest.
The Baltic Sea is practically on your doorstep – the fine sandy, kilometer-long beach of the popular Baltic seaside resort can be reached in just 50 meters.
The pier is only a few minutes' walk away.
In the immediate vicinity, you will find numerous shops, restaurants, and cafés, as well as leisure activities and excursion destinations.
Beautiful hiking and cycling trails, along with diverse events, guarantee an exciting holiday for the whole family. **The Amenities** The tastefully designed non-smoking apartment features floor-to-ceiling windows, free Wi-Fi, and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen with a dishwasher, refrigerator with a freezer compartment, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, and microwave, as well as a dining area.
The adjoining living area has a small seating area and a flat-screen TV with a hi-fi system and DVD player.
Two separate bedrooms are available and are equipped with a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and a futon bed for two people (1.60 m x 2.00 m) respectively. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, toilet, vanity, hairdryer, and cosmetic mirror.
Grab bars have been installed in the shower and by the toilet. On the terrace, furnished with garden furniture and facing north towards the sea, you can relax wonderfully and enjoy the soothing sea climate of the Baltic Sea.
The terrace is accessible from the living-dining area.
A baby cot can be provided for a fee, and you can book a high chair upon request. **The Special Features** The holiday complex includes its own wellness area with a pool, two saunas, a fitness room, and a relaxation room, which is available to you daily (the area is closed only in the 3rd and 4th calendar weeks of the year due to maintenance work).
A free parking space is also available.
You are welcome to use the coin-operated washing machine and dryer in the complex, as well as the bathrobe rental service at the service office.

Durch Schranke gesicherter Parkplatz
Die Terrasse liegt direkt an der Straße und an der Parkplatzausfahrt, die Bebauung ist insgesamt ziemlich eng, daher wenig Privatsphäre. Der Fahrradkeller war nur über eine steile Treppe zu erreichen.
Schöne Unterkunft in guter Lage.

Die Ausstattung, besonders die Fernsehsessel und die Küchenausstattung mit den Aufbewahrungsgefäßen haben uns sehr gefallen. Es ist schön, dass es einen Pool, Fitnessgeräte und eine Sauna gibt.

Tolle Lage
Wenn es nicht möglich ist den Rollstuhl zu verlassen, kann man das Waschbecken nicht unterfahren und duschen mit nicht festinstinsllierten Duschstuhl ist leider nicht möglich.
