Cadepaia Lago Maggiore is a detached ecological cottage in Laveno Mombello, perfect for an unforgettable holiday for four people.
Built in 2022 with all-natural materials and photovoltaic panels, with its energy efficiency and heat pump it maintains a comfortable temperature and air exchange whatever the outside temperature.
The 2-storey structure consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 persons, a kitchen with dishwasher, a double bedroom and 2 bathrooms.
It is equipped with Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a washing machine, international satellite TV, and a baby cot. To relax, it also offers a private balcony overlooking the lake and a tiny garden. The house is close to many interesting places to visit, including the Borromean Islands reachable by ferry and boat, the Hermitage of Santa Caterina del Sasso 7 km away and the FAI monument Villa della Porta Bozzolo 10 km away.
Tennis and padel courts are nearby. Free parking is available on the street.
Within a 5-minute walk you can reach the centre of Laveno, the railway station with direct trains to Milan, and the charging station for electric vehicles.
Families with children are welcome. Animals are not allowed.
The property follows the rules for separate waste collection; more information will be provided on site.

eine sehr gute Gasgeberin Silvia, nett, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Im Haus war alles was man braucht vorhanden.
der Außensitz war sehr klein, ein Frühstück am Morgen gestaltet sich eher unbequem.
Interessantes Haus in bester Ortslage.

Das Haus liegt etwas erhöht über dem Ortszentrum und bietet somit etwas Abstand zum Trubel am Hafen, aber es ist trotzdem alles zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Bei sommerlichen Höchsttemperaturen ist es besonders in den oberen Stockwerken sehr war in der Unterkunft. Die Klimaanlage kann dies nur in geringem Maße ausgleichen.

The house looks very modern and nicely decorated. The property is located quite centrally so you can walk anywhere in the city but it's on a hill so it might not be very accessible for everyone. The host was really friendly and helpful.
The AC didn't work well at 35 degrees outside so it was very warm in the house. It's not very soundproof so it's not well suited for people with light sleep. Some necessities like coffee, spices and dishwasher tablets were not provided.
