Niko's House Salò is a stylish, ground-floor apartment situated just 500m from the lakeside of Gardone Riviera.
This spacious, bright apartment sleeps 3 people and makes the perfect base for exploring this beautiful region of Italy. The entrance to the apartment is via a shaded, private terrace, where guests can relax on the sofa and enjoy the summer breeze coming off the lake.
Large glass doors lead into the open-plan living area.
The contemporary décor creates an elegant ambience, with a sofa, round dining table and chairs.
The modern fitted kitchen is equipped with a cooker hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, fridge/freezer and a washing machine/dryer. Sleeping Bedroom 1: The bedroom is separated from the main room by shelves and a wardrobe.
It is furnished with a classic, wrought iron, double bed and a flat-screen TV. Extra: The sofa in the living room converts into a comfortable bed. Bathroom The freshly tiled bathroom has a shower, basin, bidet and WC. From here, visitors can take ferries to explore the gems of Lake Garda. The house is located a few steps (100 meters) from the "Rimbalzello" sports centre (with entrance fee), where you can find a beautiful beach, swimming pool, kiosk and restaurant, as well as tennis and soccer fields. The centre and the lakefront of Salò are a 15-minute walk from the apartment.
Here guests will find charming streets, beautiful architecture and chic boutiques, as well as supermarkets and the weekly market (Saturday morning), which is an excellent place to spend some time trying the best local produce. The area is ideal for visiting various locations on the upper lake such as Gardone Riviera (500 meters) with its Vittoriale degli Italiani, home of the famous Italian writer, Gabriele D'Annunzio, Gargnano (6-minute drive) and Toscolano Maderno (9-minute drive). The nearest airports are Verona Villafranca (1 hour drive) and Milan Bergamo (1 hour and 5 minute drive).

Die Lage der Wohnung
Die Wohnung war schmutzig, das WLAN funktionierte nicht, die Waschmaschine lief, wenn überhaupt, nur, wenn alle anderen Geräte abgeschaltet waren.
Die Terrasse war ebenso ungepflegt wie die Wohnung selbst.
Der Internet - Auftritt entsprach leider nicht der Realität .

Wir waren soweit sehr zufrieden, man hatte alles was man braucht und die Wohnung generell war, bis auf das Badezimmer, modern und gemütlich. Das Bett war sehr bequem, die Küche haben wir nicht benutzt war, aber alles da was man braucht. Die Lage fanden wir auch sehr angenehm ist eine schöne, angenehme und nicht zu überlaufende Gegend. Die Kommunikation und der Kontakt waren auch sehr angenehm.
Es gab nur 2 Dinge die uns wirklich gestört haben, einmal war das Wlan sehr langsam oder gar nicht da und das Badezimmer war die ganze Zeit sehr feucht, man konnte nicht ohne Schuhe das Bad betreten, von den Wänden ist das Wasser runtergetropft und die Handtücher die im Bad hingen waren auch ständig...
