Mini flat with 30 m2, perfect for a couple or single travellers, also with a dog.
The 1-room flat is located on the ground floor of the main house and is equipped with a double bed, couch and kitchenette. In the bathroom there is also a bathtub in which you can end the day wonderfully.
Our house is located 4.5 km above the village of Afritz am See, surrounded by meadows and forests. Numerous lakes in the area invite you to swim, and the surrounding mountains are perfect for hiking. Dogs are also welcome!
You have the choice between a country-style holiday home, a modern holiday flat and a mini flat. All are fully equipped with a kitchenette (fridge with freezer compartment, 4 ring hob with oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster), crockery, table and bed linen and towels. A washing machine can also be used at any time. In the outdoor area there is a table tennis table, a garden set and a barbecue at your disposal.
Holiday home: (approx. 80 m²) The holiday home has a large living room with kitchenette, a shower and a WC on the ground floor. On the upper floor there are 2 bedrooms with a total of 5 beds and a washroom with WC. The balcony offers a fantastic view of the mountains. Prices: from 70,-/night + heating electricity 35 cent/kW, final cleaning 35,-
Holiday flat: (approx. 65 m²)
The holiday flat on the upper floor of the farmhouse has 2 bedrooms with a total of 4 beds + pull-out couch chair, a large living room with kitchenette and corner couch as well as a shower with WC. You can really enjoy breakfast on the large balcony! Prices: from 65,-/night, final cleaning 30,-
Mini-Apartment:(approx. 30 m²)
The mini flat on the ground floor of the farmhouse is a 1-room flat with double bed, couch, kitchenette and bathroom. Prices: from 42,-/night, final cleaning 20,-

The holiday home is heated by electric radiators. The electricity costs for this are charged according to consumption on departure. Tariff: 35 cent/kWh
Almhof Stramer is located in Afritz am See, 12 km from the A10 motorway exit Villach/Ossichersee. You can reach us from Afritz via a one-and-a-half-lane asphalted mountain road.
Directions: Turn off the B98 federal road in Afritz towards the church and follow the road for 4.5 km in the direction of Tassach, always keeping to the right. At the end of the mountain road you have reached the Almhof Stramer with the house number 22.
