Our modern furnished holiday home is idyllically situated in a quiet location only 400m from the city centre in Nordhorn. For water lovers there are numerous canals in Nordhorn, the river "Vechte" and only a few minutes walk from the Seepark Nordhorn the Vechtesee.

Notes on additional costs and fees:
100,- € security deposit is due in advance and must be transferred with the rent. The security deposit will be refunded after departure.
Electricity/water/heating are included.
Bed linen, towels, firewood, bicycles and food can be ordered on request for a fee.

Special highlight: When you book, you will receive a free, digital Grafschafter guest card. This allows you to benefit from numerous discounts with more than 20 partners in the areas of public transport, mobility and leisure/culture.

If a health certificate or similar is required after booking and by decision of the state, the tenant must obtain this certificate at their own expense and present it to the authorities on request.
A car park is available free of charge.

The inviting living area is perfect for spending relaxing holiday evenings in front of a crackling open fire. A flat-screen TV with Sonos Beam soundbar and free WiFi are of course available to you.

Start the day with a hearty breakfast, prepared in the fully equipped, open-plan kitchen. An espresso machine is available for coffee lovers. The light-flooded dining area impresses with lovely details, lots of light and offers space for 5 people.

After an eventful day, treat yourself to some well-earned rest in the wellness bathroom with sauna, whirlpool and walk-in shower. Pure relaxation in a modern ambience!

There are two bedrooms in the house, both with spacious wardrobes. One of the bedrooms is furnished with a high-quality box-spring bed (180 x 210 cm) *with 2 single duvets (140 x 220 cm each)*, the other bedroom is furnished with a bunk bed and a single bed (90 x 200 cm each). There is a television with internet access in both bedrooms. So you can start your valuable holiday days well rested!

On the spacious terrace, equipped with patio furniture, you can spend hours together enjoying the peace and quiet with a cup of tea or a glass of wine.

Washing machine and dryer are also available.

The TV includes a high-quality soundbar from Sonos Beam.
