You can expect a very tastefully furnished and fully equipped holiday home for 6 people in Nordic style, with a fenced garden directly on the lake.

The rental prices are for 4 people, each additional person pays an extra charge per night.
150, - € security deposit is due in advance and must be transferred with the rent.
Costs for electricity (0.60 €/kWh), gas (3.00 €/m³) and water (4.00 €/m³) are charged according to consumption (prices without guarantee) and offset against the security deposit paid.
Bed and bathroom linen and firewood can be ordered on request for a fee.

Special highlight: When you book, you will receive a free, digital Grafschafter guest card. This allows you to benefit from numerous discounts with more than 20 partners in the areas of public transport, mobility and leisure/culture.

If a health certificate or similar is required after booking and by decision of the state, the tenant must provide this.
A car park is available free of charge.

The large holiday home "Nordic" is fully accessible for the disabled on the ground floor with a bedroom/bedroom/3 x bedroom/2 x bathroom/terrace (exception: kitchen wall cupboards). The large sauna is also wheelchair accessible.

The open-plan kitchen with full equipment leaves nothing to be desired.

It has a sauna, whirlpool, underfloor heating (ground floor), fireplace, fitness equipment (cross trainer & ergometer) and relaxation loungers on the gallery, games, books, several televisions, Blu-ray player, as well as WLAN.

Stair gates, children's chair/table/bed, tumble dryer, ironing equipment, fly screens, games and an enclosed garden are just some of the features available especially for young families.

A garden shed and the large utility room provide safe and dry storage for several bicycles and the option of charging electric bikes.

From the garden with large south-facing terrace, you can reach the lake in just a few steps, where you can simply enjoy nature. Via the newly created connection to the Vechte, you can reach the Vechte, the Vechte lake and then on to the water town of Nordhorn directly from your own lakeshore.

The light-flooded and cosy holiday home is surrounded by greenery on a small lake and yet very central. The versatile Nordhorn city centre ("Wasserstadt Nordhorn"), the leisure centre with heated swimming pool, multi-purpose/games hall, the skating rink or the very popular Nordhorn zoo can be reached in just a few minutes. In addition to the beautiful county of Bentheim, the neighbouring Netherlands can also be easily reached via the extensive network of cycle paths.
