Welcome to our holiday home
'Seeschlößchen-Nordhorn'. Our holiday home is located in the Seepark Nordhorn directly on a small lake.
The Seeschlößchen in the Seepark is located on the edge of the city centre of Nordhorn. The town centre is only a few metres away, so all shopping facilities are within walking distance. The Seepark, which is surrounded by greenery, is directly connected to the Grafschaft cycle path network and invites you to go on extensive cycle tours.
Notes on additional costs and fees:
Electricity/water/heating are included.
Bed and bathroom linen and firewood can be ordered on request for a fee.
Special highlight: When you book, you will receive a free, digital Grafschaft guest card. This allows you to benefit from numerous discounts with more than 20 partners in the areas of public transport, mobility and leisure/culture.
One dog can be booked for an additional charge. To book additional dogs, please contact your agency. Please indicate the breed of your four-legged friend when booking, thank you.
If a health certificate or similar is required after booking and by decision of the country, the tenant must obtain this certificate at his own expense and present it to the authorities on request.
A car park is available free of charge.
In the restaurant "Pier 99" at the nearby Vechtesee you have the possibility to have a coffee or to linger for an extensive dinner. There is a wide range of leisure activities on offer near the Seepark, so there is something for everyone. The Seeschlößchen has a cosy terrace where you can enjoy the sun during the day and round off the day with a glass of wine in the evening.
The open-plan kitchen with adjoining light-flooded dining room guarantees that you will feel at home in the Seeschlößchen from day one. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee machine and toaster. The bright living room with a view of the open gable and a wood-burning stove ensure a high level of cosiness. Other features include a stereo system and a flat-screen TV.
A modern, high-quality wellness bathroom with sauna and whirlpool ensures rest and relaxation. Here you can relax to your heart's content and really unwind.
An open staircase leads to the gallery, which is equipped with 2 loungers for relaxing. From there you can enjoy a beautiful view. You will then find your well-deserved rest in a cosily furnished bedroom. A second bedroom is located directly next door and another WC on this floor increases the comfort.
A washing machine is available for free use in the utility room.
You can end the day comfortably on our beautiful terrace.
