Welcome to our vacation apartment "Strandvilla Baabe 6 - Auszeit". Experience a relaxing "time out" in our luxurious vacation apartment in the newly built Strandvilla Baabe, completed in 2014. We pamper you with a direct beach location, a certified whirlpool, sauna, and fireplace.
This holiday accommodation has been awarded the FeWoAirClean seal and is equipped with a Comfort ventilation system for good indoor air quality.
Notes on additional costs and fees:
Rental prices are for 2 people; each additional person pays a surcharge per night.
Please note that during New Year's week, the property is only bookable at a fixed price with a minimum stay of 5 nights, with flexible arrival/departure days.
A security deposit of €150 is due in advance and must be transferred with the rent.
The security deposit will be refunded after departure. Electricity/water/heating are included. Bed and bath linen can be ordered for a fee upon request. The visitor's tax is due before arrival. A parking space is available free of charge in the underground garage with a clearance height of 2.0 meters. If your vehicle does not fit into the underground garage (due to height), you can book an outdoor parking space for a fee. These parking spaces can also be rented for a second car. Our apartment is located approximately 100m from the shallow white sandy beach.
It is situated on the 1st floor of the Strandvilla Baabe and is accessible by elevator or stairs.
The vacation apartment spans 73 m², is barrier-free and allergy-friendly, and offers ample space for 4 people. In the cozy living area with a fireplace, you will find a spacious seating area, a Smart 3D TV including a Blu-ray player, and a mini stereo system.
Your own Wi-Fi with free internet access is also included. The open-plan kitchen with a bright dining area and an integrated counter invites you to linger.
On the spacious balcony, you will find comfortable garden furniture and a beach chair.
Enjoy the sound of the waves here in the evening with a delicious drink. In our two bedrooms, you can enjoy well-deserved rest after an eventful day. One bedroom is equipped with a double bed (continuous mattress), and the other with two single beds.
Both bedrooms have an additional TV. To protect against small pests, insect screens are installed on the bedroom windows, in the bathroom, and on the balcony door. Hygiene is a top priority. A highlight - our wellness bathroom with a certified whirlpool and organic sauna! After an extensive sweat session, the wellness shower provides a refreshing cool-down.
Alternatively, you can relax in a soothing "whirlpool bath." The second bathroom features a floor-level shower and toilet. Our holiday accommodation has been certified as allergy-friendly by ECARF.
We offer a smoke-free and pet-free accommodation with carpet-free floors or short-pile floor coverings.
We provide protective covers for mattresses, duvets, and pillows to reduce mites.

Die Wohnung ist in direkter Nähe zum Strand und ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Es fehlt praktisch an nichts. Mit Sauna, Whirlpool u. Ofen ist alles da.
Es waren nur Kleinigkeiten. Die Sauberkeit war manchmal nicht 100%ig, wobei wir einen hohen Standard haben.
Der Fernseher im Wohnzimmer war wohl mal kaputt und ist durch einen billigen Grundig ersetzt worden. Internet mit 6 Mbits war zum Streamen grenzwertig, aber es ging.
Der Strandkorb auf dem Balkon nimmt sehr viel Platz weg und dadurch ist es sehr eng.
Eine wahre "Auszeit"

Sehr liebevoll eingerichtete helle Ferienwohnung, alles da was man braucht, haben gut geschlafen dort, war ruhig trotz nah am Strand gelegen, 100% zu empfehlen :)
