Welcome to our vacation apartment "Strandvilla Baabe 6 - Auszeit". Experience a relaxing "timeout" in our luxurious vacation apartment in the newly built Strandvilla Baabe (2014). We offer you direct beach access, a certified whirlpool, sauna, and fireplace.
This holiday accommodation is certified with the FeWoAirClean seal and equipped with a Comfort ventilation system for good indoor air quality.
Notes on additional costs and fees:
The rental prices are for 2 persons; each additional person pays a surcharge per night.
Please note that during New Year's week, the property can only be booked at a fixed price with a minimum stay of 5 nights, with flexible arrival/departure days.
A security deposit of €150,- is due in advance and must be transferred with the rent.
The security deposit will be refunded after departure. Electricity/water/heating are included. Bed linen and towels can be ordered for a fee upon request. The visitor's tax is due before arrival. Should a health certificate or similar be required after booking due to a state resolution, the tenant must obtain this certificate at their own expense and present it to the authorities upon request. A free underground parking space is available for use. Clearance height 1.95m. For long and wide cars, it is recommended to rent an outdoor parking space for €15/night due to a narrow underground parking entrance. Our apartment is approx. 100m from the shallow white sandy beach.

The vacation apartment covers 73 m², is barrier-free and allergy-friendly, and offers ample space for 4 people. In the cozy living area with a fireplace, you will find a spacious seating set, a Smart 3D TV including a Blu-Ray player, and a mini stereo system.
Your own Wi-Fi with free internet access is also provided. The open kitchen with a bright dining area and an integrated counter invites you to linger.
On the spacious balcony, you will find comfortable garden furniture and a beach chair.
Enjoy listening to the sound of the waves with a delicious drink in the evening. In our two bedrooms, you can enjoy your well-deserved rest after an eventful day. One bedroom is equipped with a double bed (continuous mattress), the other with two single beds.
Both bedrooms have an additional TV. To protect against small pests, insect screens are installed on the bedroom windows, in the bathroom, and on the balcony door. Hygiene is a top priority. A highlight - our wellness bathroom with a certified whirlpool and organic sauna! After a relaxing sweat session, the wellness shower provides a refreshing cool-down.
Alternatively, you can relax in a soothing "bubble bath". The second bathroom has a walk-in shower and toilet. Our holiday home has been certified as allergy-friendly by ECARF.
We offer you a smoke-free and pet-free accommodation with carpet-free floors or short-pile floor coverings.
We provide protective covers for mattresses, duvets, and pillows to reduce mites.

Sehr liebevoll eingerichtete helle Ferienwohnung, alles da was man braucht, haben gut geschlafen dort, war ruhig trotz nah am Strand gelegen, 100% zu empfehlen :)

War ein superschöner Kurzurlaub. In der Ferienwohnung gibt es alles, was das Herz begehrt. Da wir aber nur schönes Wetter hatten, konnten wir gar nicht alles nutzen. Für Regentage gut ausgerüstet mit Whirlpool, Sauna, Büchern, Spielen,TV,… Nicht weit bis zum Strand und der Spielplatz gleich über die Straße. In der Tiefgarageneinfahrt wirds für große Autos eng, war ja aber bekannt.
