Welcome to our holiday home

'Villa Seeblick'. Our holiday home is located in the Seepark Nordhorn directly on a small lake and has been awarded the FeWoAirClean and Bed & Bike seal.

The house is equipped with an air purifier. According to the manufacturer, it is able to remove 99.9% of viruses and aerosols from the air.

With every comfort, the house offers plenty of space for up to 8 people on 2 floors.

Notes on additional costs and fees:

Special highlight: When you book, you will receive a free digital Grafschafter guest card. This allows you to benefit from numerous discounts with more than 20 partners in the areas of public transport, mobility and leisure/culture.

A security deposit of €100.00 must be transferred with the rent; will be refunded after settlement of the additional costs. Over New Year's Eve, the security deposit is €200.00.
Costs for electricity (€0.49/kWh), gas (€1.60/m³) and water (€5.70/m³) are charged according to consumption (prices subject to change).
Bed linen, bathroom linen and firewood can be ordered for a fee.
The rental prices are valid for 5 persons, each additional person pays an extra charge per night.
One dog bookable for an extra charge, others on request.
If a health certificate or similar is required after booking and by decision of the country, the tenant must obtain this certificate at his own expense and present it to the authorities on request.

A car park and a lockable bicycle shed are available free of charge.
Wallbox (for a fee) for electric cars available.

A beautiful wellness bathroom on the ground floor with sauna, whirlpool, shower and underfloor heating ensures rest and relaxation. Here you can relax to your heart's content and really unwind.

On the ground floor there is a large living area with a sitting area and wood-burning stove, a cosy dining area and a super-equipped kitchen. Here you will find everything your heart desires, from a hand mixer and dishwasher to a waffle iron and cake tin.

On the ground floor there is a bedroom with a double bed.

On the upper floor there are two further bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a bunk bed.

In the children's room you will find a play corner for the little ones. A stair gate, socket fuses, a baby travel cot with mattress (please bring your own covers, pillows and duvet), a high chair, a potty and a small footrest so that our little ones can reach the sink are also available.

Two additional sleeping options are available on the comfortable sofa bed in the fitness room.

Here you will also find a treadmill, an exercise bike, a multi-strength station, a solarium, a Wii games console with Sports Resort and a table football table.

The bedrooms (upper floor), fitness room and living room are equipped with TVs.

An additional bathroom with shower, WC and washbasin is available on the upper floor.

Your entertainment is also taken care of. A DVD player, a Playstation with games, a selection of DVDs and board games will keep you entertained.

You can enjoy a cosy end to the day on our beautiful terrace.

The garden is enclosed by a 90 cm high fence. Toys for your four-legged friend are available.
