Our holiday home is located in Seepark Nordhorn directly on a small lake and is awarded the FeWoAirClean and Bett & Bike seals. The house is equipped with an air purifier.

The security deposit is €200.00 for New Year's Eve. Costs for electricity (€0.49/kWh), gas (€1.60/m³), and water (€5.70/m³) are calculated according to consumption (prices without guarantee). Bed linen, bathroom linen, and firewood can be ordered for a fee. The rental prices are for 5 people, each additional person pays a surcharge per night. One dog can be booked for an additional charge, more upon request. Should a health certificate or similar be required after booking and by government decree, the tenant must obtain this certificate at their own expense and present it to the authorities upon request. A parking space and a lockable bicycle shed are available free of charge. A wallbox (for a fee) for e-cars is available. A beautiful wellness bathroom on the ground floor with a sauna, whirlpool, shower, and underfloor heating ensures recreation and relaxation.

Here you can relax to your heart's content and truly unwind. On the ground floor, there is a large living area with a seating area and a wood-burning stove, a cozy dining area, and a superbly equipped kitchen.

Here you will find everything your heart desires, from a hand mixer and dishwasher to a waffle iron and cake pan. On the ground floor, there is one bedroom with a double bed. Upstairs, there are two more bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a bunk bed. In the children's room, you will find a play area for the little ones.

A stair gate, socket covers, a baby travel cot with mattress (please bring your own covers, pillows, and duvets), a high chair, a potty, and a small footstool so our little ones can reach the sink are also provided. Two additional sleeping options are available on the comfortable sofa bed in the fitness room. Here you will also find a treadmill, an exercise bike, a multi-gym station, a solarium, a Wii game console with Sports Resort, and a table football game. The bedrooms (upstairs) as well as the fitness room and living room are equipped with televisions. An additional bathroom with a shower, toilet, and sink is available upstairs. Your entertainment is also taken care of.

A DVD player, a Playstation with games, a selection of DVDs, and board games ensure there is no room for boredom. On our beautiful terrace, you can end the day in a cozy atmosphere. The garden is fenced with a 90 cm high fence.
