Welcome to our newly built holiday home "Windrose"!
In your personal holiday residence "Windrose," you can enjoy the most beautiful vacation days in a spacious 77m². The house is brightly and modernly furnished and offers space for the whole family with up to 5 people.
Your four-legged friend is also welcome here. Good to know: Special highlight: With a booking, you will receive a free, digital Grafschafter guest card.
This allows you to benefit from numerous discounts with over 20 partners in the areas of public transport, mobility, and leisure/culture. The rental prices are valid for 4 people; each additional person will be charged an extra fee per night. A security deposit of €100 is due in advance and must be transferred with the rent. Costs for electricity (€0.35/kWh), gas (€1.50/m³), and water (€6.50/m³) will be charged according to consumption (prices are without guarantee) and will be settled with the paid security deposit. Bed linen, towels, and firewood can be ordered for a fee upon request. One pet can be booked for an additional charge.
For booking additional pets, please contact your agency. A parking space is available free of charge. Spend a cozy evening in the spacious living area by the fireplace or treat yourself to a relaxing time in the wellness bathroom with a sauna, washing machine, whirlpool, and floor-level shower.

Schade, dass es in dem Neubaugebiet keinen Spielplatz mehr gibt.
Eine Auflaufform und eine Backform haben uns gefehlt. Außerdem könnten die Küchenmesser wieder mal geschärft werden
