"Zonnewende"! You will find our holiday home in the Seepark Nordhorn in a wonderful location directly on the water.
Furnished to a high standard, it offers comfort for up to six people on two floors.

Notes on additional costs and fees:
The rental prices are for 4 people, each additional person pays an extra charge per night.
Electricity/water/heating are included.

Special highlight: When you book, you will receive a free, digital Grafschafter guest card. This allows you to benefit from numerous discounts with more than 20 partners in the areas of public transport, mobility and leisure/culture.

Bed and bathroom linen as well as firewood can be ordered on request for a fee.
If a health certificate or similar is required after booking and by decision of the state, the tenant must provide this. A car park is available free of charge.

On the ground floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for relaxed cooking pleasure in the spacious living/dining area. A large dining table invites you to enjoy a meal together.

The adjoining living area with sofa set, reading corner and wood-burning stove offers a special atmosphere with its open-plan gallery. A large Smart TV, radio/CD/MP3 player and Blu-Ray player with a selection of films provide entertainment. Wi-Fi is of course free of charge in our house.

The modern wellness bathroom with whirlpool, sauna and shower leaves nothing to be desired and ensures soothing relaxation.

The entire lower floor has underfloor heating.

Two cosy bedrooms are located on the upper floor, each with a double bed and wardrobe. One bedroom is equipped with an additional TV (Smart TV).

From the gallery, you can enjoy a wonderful view of the lake while reading a good book, for example. The comfortable sofa bed offers two additional sleeping places.

There is also a second WC on the upper floor.

The spacious south-west-facing terrace with a view of the lake offers space for rest and relaxation. Garden furniture, barbecue, parasol and sun lounger await your use.

Washing machine, baby travel cot with mattress, high chair and footstool are also available.

Please note: This is a newly built lakeside park.
There may be construction activities during your stay.
