The house is equipped with an air purifier in the living room. According to the manufacturer, this makes it possible to remove 99.9% of viruses and aerosols from the air.

In our holiday home "Auszeit-Nordhorn" you will find a pleasant atmosphere on 2 floors
to enjoy a nice time of relaxation and recharging your batteries.
The property is located directly on the lake.

Special highlight: When booking, you will receive a free, digital Grafschafter guest card. This allows you to benefit from numerous discounts with more than 20 partners in the areas of public transport, mobility and leisure/culture.

Bed and bathroom linen as well as firewood can be ordered on request for a fee.
One pet can be booked for an additional charge.
If a health certificate or similar is required after booking and by decision of the country, the tenant must obtain this certificate at his own expense and present it to the authorities on request.
A car park is available free of charge.

along the river Fechte. A German-Dutch journey of discovery in 7 stages.

Or you can cycle along the Fietsentour
in the county of Bentheim. The Fietsenbus will be happy to take you and your bike along the route

There is a gallery on the upper floor. Two loungers and a storage table are available for you on the gallery. There is a clothes horse in the storeroom. The kitchen is additionally equipped with a teapot and a teapot, various cooking utensils, blender and kettle.
