modern, fully equipped kitchen is integrated into the open and tastefully furnished living area with TV. The entire flat is barrier-free. A small greeting awaits you in the fridge.

The huge harbour-facing window front is equipped with high-quality sun/view screens.
The bedroom with a "king-size" box-spring bed (180 x 200 cm) and the bathroom also leave nothing to be desired.
All windows have electric textile blinds.

All-round carefree, you don't need to worry about anything. From towels and bed linen to mineral water, coffee, tea, etc., everything is provided.
The Klimahaus, Auswandererhaus, the
promenade and all other sights are in the immediate vicinity of the flat.

This holiday home has been certified by ECARF as allergy-friendly.
The rental price includes two city bikes, you can store your own bikes safely in the
bike storage room.

The 30 m² balcony faces south/west and offers a great view and sun all day long. So you can enjoy breakfast in the first rays of sunshine and treat yourself to a "sundowner" in the evening in the last rays of sunshine.
