Welcome to Ferienhaus Nordwind! Enjoy your time in our tastefully furnished oasis of well-being, close to the center of the water city of Nordhorn.
Additional information on costs & fees:
Rental prices are for 4 people; an additional person will be charged a surcharge per night.
Children up to 3 years old do not pay an extra bed fee.
Electricity/water/heating are included.
Bed linen, towels, firewood, bicycles, and groceries can be ordered for a fee upon request. Special highlight: With a booking, you will receive a free, digital Grafschafter guest card.
This gives you access to numerous discounts with over 20 partners in the areas of public transport, mobility, and leisure/culture. Should a health certificate or similar be required after booking and by state decree, the tenant must obtain this certificate at their own expense and present it to the authorities upon request. A parking space is available free of charge.
Additional parking is available at the entrance to the Seepark. Nordwind is a detached holiday home on a generous 305 m² plot, inviting you to play and relax.
The south-facing terrace offers a beautiful view of the park with its lake.
Enjoy the evening sun in a beach chair with a delightful glass of wine or a cup of tea. Spread over 86 m² of living space, you will spend a stress-free holiday – wellness facilities, underfloor heating & blackout blinds on all windows included! On the ground floor of Ferienhaus Nordwind, you will find a spacious living and dining area with a modern, open-plan kitchen.
A wood-burning stove will spoil you when it gets dark and a bit cooler outside.
Let your soul unwind in the sauna and relax in the whirlpool. On the upper floor, there are two spacious bedrooms.
A box-spring bed according to the latest standard, as well as a double bed with a slatted frame and spring core mattress, offer restful sleeping comfort.
A separate toilet is located right next door.
Use the gallery overlooking the living room for dreaming or browsing an exciting read.
A sofa bed offers a cozy sleeping option for additional guests. Ideal conditions for longer stays: Our Ferienhaus Nordwind offers all the comfort with a washing machine, dryer, drying rack, garden furniture, and much more.
For our younger guests, a high chair and a well-stocked toy box are ready.
A travel cot can be booked additionally from the property manager on site.
After a bike tour, you can safely and dryly store your bicycles in a spacious and lockable shed.
Ample power outlets are available to recharge batteries.
