The rental prices are valid for 4 persons, an additional person pays an extra charge per night.
Children up to 3 years do not pay an extra bed price.
100,- € security deposit is due in advance and must be transferred with the rent. The security deposit will be refunded after departure.
Electricity/water/heating are included.
Bed linen, towels, firewood, bicycles and food can be ordered on request for a fee.

Special highlight: When you book, you will receive a free, digital Grafschafter guest card. This allows you to benefit from numerous discounts with more than 20 partners in the areas of public transport, mobility and leisure/culture.

If a health certificate or similar is required after booking and by decision of the state, the tenant must obtain this certificate at their own expense and present it to the authorities on request.
One car park is available free of charge. Further parking is available at the entrance to the lake park.

Nordwind is a detached holiday home on a spacious plot of 305 m², which invites you to play and relax. The south-facing terrace offers a beautiful view of the park and lake. Enjoy the evening sun in a beach chair with a glass of wine or a cup of tea.

You can spend a stress-free holiday on 86 m² of living space - wellness facilities, underfloor heating and pleated blinds on all windows included!

The ground floor of the Nordwind holiday home features a spacious living and dining room with a modern, open-plan kitchen. A wood-burning stove will cosy you up when it gets dark and a little chilly outside. Unwind in the sauna and relax in the whirlpool.

On the upper floor there are two spacious bedrooms, a state-of-the-art box-spring bed and a double bed with slatted frame and spring mattress for a restful night's sleep. A separate WC is right next door.

Use the gallery with a view into the living room to daydream or browse through an exciting book. A sofa bed offers additional people a cosy place to sleep.

Ideal conditions for longer stays: Our holiday home Nordwind offers every comfort with washing machine, tumble dryer, clothes horse, garden furniture and much more. A high chair and a well-stocked toy box are available for our younger guests.
A baby travel cot can be booked with the property manager on site.

After a bike tour, you can store your bikes safely and dryly in a spacious and lockable shed. There are plenty of sockets available for recharging batteries.
