Experience the feel-good ambience in our holiday home "Strandkorb - Nordhorn". The house extends over two floors and is tastefully furnished to a high standard.

This holiday home has been awarded the FeWoAirClean seal of approval.
The house is equipped with an air purifier in the living room. According to the manufacturer, it is possible to remove 99.9% of viruses and aerosols from the air.

Notes on further costs and fees:
150,- € security deposit is due in advance and must be transferred with the rent. The security deposit will be refunded after departure.
The rental prices are valid for 4 persons, each additional person pays an extra charge per night.
Electricity/water/heating are included.
Bed and bathroom linen as well as firewood can be ordered on request for a fee.

Special highlight: When booking, you will receive a free, digital Grafschafter guest card. This allows you to benefit from numerous discounts with more than 20 partners in the areas of public transport, mobility and leisure/culture.

A dog (max. shoulder height 40cm) can be booked for an additional charge.
If a health certificate or similar is required after booking and by decision of the state, the tenant must obtain this certificate at his own expense and present it to the authorities on request.
A parking space is available free of charge.
In the newly built Seepark, construction work may be carried out during your stay.
Please understand that subsequent complaints will not be accepted.

On the ground floor you will find the modern kitchen, the dining area with a large, extendable table, as well as the living room with a cosy sitting area, fireplace and TV. Enjoy the marvellous view through the floor-to-ceiling windows of the garden and the small lake/pond with many water birds.

The wellness bathroom pampers you with a floor-to-ceiling shower, sauna and whirlpool. Here you can really unwind.

On the upper floor there are two bedrooms, each with a double bed, a gallery for relaxing and a guest WC.

The terrace faces south-west. Comfortable patio furniture, parasol and a kettle barbecue are available here. Of course, you can also enjoy the fantastic view of the lake park and the picturesque nature from here.

You can store your bicycles in the lockable storage room. Here you will also find a socket for charging e-bikes.

The facilities are child-friendly and your four-legged friend is also welcome here.

You will find a wide range of leisure activities in the surrounding area: The sports park, the Vechtesee lake and the zoo are in the immediate vicinity. The shops and restaurants in Nordhorn city centre invite you to take a stroll. Take a boat trip on the Vechte or explore the surrounding area on the many cycling and hiking trails.
