Notes on further costs and fees:
Please note that in the New Year's Eve week the property can only be booked by the week at a fixed price, arrival/departure day flexible.
200,- € security deposit is due in advance and must be transferred with the rent.
The security deposit will be refunded after departure minus the additional costs.
Costs for electricity (0.39 € / kWh), gas (1.50 € / m³ ) and water (6.50 € / m³ ) will be charged according to consumption (prices without guarantee) and offset against the paid security deposit.
Bed and bath linen can be ordered on request for a fee.
The spa tax is due before arrival.
A car park near the house is available free of charge. Another car park can be rented for a fee.
A pet can be booked for an extra charge. For booking additional pets, please contact your agency.
If a health certificate or similar is required after booking and by decision of the country, the tenant must obtain this certificate at his own expense and present it to the authorities on request.

The exclusive, spacious interior (approx. 90 sqm) with sauna, fireplace, reading corner and underfloor heating with low heating costs (economical condensing gas boiler) makes our beautiful beach house an idyll in every season.

The house has many extras, such as 2 baby travel cots, 1 high chair, free internet, 2 bedrooms with TV, large flat screen TV and music system in the living room and much more. We have also thought of little things such as toys (including Lego and sandpit toys), badminton rackets and a pedal car as well as an iron, ironing board and hairdryer. You won't miss a thing in this house. Be our guest.
