Notes on further costs and fees:
100, - € security deposit is due in advance and must be transferred with the rent.
Costs for electricity (0,35 €/kWh), gas (1,50 €/m³) and water (6,50 €/m³) will be charged according to consumption (prices without guarantee) and offset against the paid security deposit.
Bed and bathroom linen as well as firewood can be ordered on request for a fee.

Special highlight: When you book, you will receive a free digital Grafschafter guest card. This allows you to benefit from numerous discounts with more than 20 partners in the areas of public transport, mobility and leisure/culture.

If a health certificate or similar is required after booking and by decision of the state, the tenant must obtain this certificate at his own expense and present it to the authorities on request.
A car park is available free of charge.

The house has 2 bedrooms. One of them with a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m), blackout curtains and TV, the second with two single beds (0.90 x 2.00 m), also with blackout curtains and a TV.

Enjoy the luxury of our wellness bath and relax in the in-house sauna and whirlpool.

The modern, open-plan kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals.

In the living area, you can enjoy cosy hours with a glass of red wine or a cup of tea in front of the crackling fire in the fireplace.

A free internet connection is of course included.

There is a small lake right outside the door and the Vechtesee is also only about 300 metres away. Long bike tours, canoeing on the Vechte and the canals are just some of the many leisure activities that Nordhorn offers you.
