The apartment is located on the 2nd (and last floor) of the castle. It is composed as follows:
- On the main level: a living room with living room and lounge and kitchenette (2-burner hob, fridge, combined oven), a small shower room and a separate toilet.
- In duplex (steep staircase): a small bedroom on the mezzanine (1 bed 140 x190).
A laundry room with 3 washing machines is available on the 2nd floor (shared with the 5 other apartments).
Outside, several spaces with garden furniture and barbecues are arranged in the park, you will also have a small covered space with sinks. The estate hosts 5 other apartments in the castle, a cottage, a cabin and the owners' house. All facilities (playground, swimming pool...) and parking are shared. The estate is located at the edge of the train line, but the park and the garden are on the other side. This magnificent estate was the holiday resort of the Countess of Ségur who inspired her most beautiful novels! Here, the change of scenery is guaranteed: the castle park is very vast and very rich: outbuildings, a wood, a meadow where the deer come to stroll, in an exceptional panorama with private pedestrian access to access the Auray river and the viaduct. All nature lovers will be delighted and children will be enchanted by the large garden, the tennis court and the other possibilities for outdoor games (table tennis, badminton, trampoline, climbing frame, bowling green...). But above all, the most beautiful attraction of the estate is its large outdoor swimming pool of 16 x 8 m open from May to the end of September.
