Nestled in a lush 12-hectare park with a lake, this vacation rental is a spacious chalet offering all the comforts you need for your stay.
This single-story property offers:

- 3 bedrooms (2 queen-size beds - one of which can be converted into a twin bed, and one queen-size bed)

- Private indoor 6-seater hot tub, accessible year-round
Outside, you'll enjoy the large 20m² covered wooden terrace with garden furniture and the gravelled courtyard for sunbathing.
Three parking spaces are available in front of the rental.

- Access to the shared indoor pool of the Residential Park in July and August (accessible from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., with a badge for site residents)

Super séjour à Sulniac. Le chalet est très bien équipé et bien placé, le site est calme, plusieurs activités à moins de 30 kms aux alentours. Le spa est top Départ de randonnée ou de piste vélo aménagé depuis le site du Nounen.Piscine agréable. Nous reviendrons !

le gite est magnifique , bien équipé, un peu dur à trouvé de nuit mais le jaccuzzi interieur est vraiement top surtout quand il fait froid dehors nous avons passer un week end très reposant a refaire

Chalet très agréable, intérieur cosy.Mais l'endroit pas facile à trouver car descriptif photo pas correspondante : sur la photo les chalet se trouve dans un terrain non entouré, alors que l'endroit est comme dans un lotissement.
