Upstairs you will find a bedroom with a 160x200 bed and a 7m² balcony.
Outside, you will enjoy a terrace with garden furniture, barbecue and an enclosed garden of 750m².
You can park your vehicle inside the property.
You will be asked for two deposit checks: a check for €300 for the gîte and a check for €50 for cleaning. Located between the Quiberon peninsula and the magnificent ria d'Etel, Erdeven is a friendly and dynamic town particularly renowned for its long fine sandy beaches and golden dunes preserved in their wild state.
Only 800m away, Kerhillio beach welcomes you to enjoy the pleasures of the sea and board sports! Erdeven is also a megalithic high place with its alignments of menhirs, dolmens and cromlechs.

Gîte moderne, très agréable. Propreté irréprochable. Literie au top ! Grand jardin clôturé, idéal pour notre toutou. Nombreux chemins de promenade à proximité. Nous y avons séjourné 15 jours et nous avons adoré. Accueil très chaleureux avec un excellent far breton. Encore merci !On recommande !

Super accueil des propriétaires .Gite sur grand terrain à proximité des plages et des commerces , on peut tout faire à vélo .seul bémol la WiFi fonctionne très mal par intermittence , pas de réseau , et donc pas de télé .

Propriétaire très agréable Logement très bien, emplacement au calme avec plage à proximité et chemins de randonnée des le départ du gîte. Une ferme se situe pas loin avec des produits locaux très bons (je recommande)
