This wooden house, accessible via 3 steps, is made up on the ground floor of a kitchenette, a living room area and a shower room with wc. Upstairs you will find a bedroom with a 160x200 bed and a 7m² balcony.
Outside, you will enjoy a terrace with garden furniture, barbecue and an enclosed garden of 750m². You can park your vehicle inside the property.
You will be asked for two deposit checks: a check for €300 for the gîte and a check for €50 for cleaning. Located between the Quiberon peninsula and the magnificent ria d'Etel, Erdeven is a friendly and dynamic town particularly renowned for its long fine sandy beaches and golden dunes preserved in their wild state.
Only 800m away, Kerhillio beach welcomes you to enjoy the pleasures of the sea and board sports! Erdeven is also a megalithic high place with its alignments of menhirs, dolmens and cromlechs.
Not to be missed during your stay: Quiberon and its wild coast and Belle Ile to discover by the day.

Gite très agréable et fonctionel. Suffisant pour un couple , très grand terrain pour notre chien qui est entièrement clôturé. seul petit bémol l'escalier pour monter à la chambtre est pentu et demande de l'attention.Les propriétaires sympatiques avec crêpes et biscuit à l'arrivée et far breton fait maison au départ.Très bon séjour à Ederven

Petit gîte très agréable au calme et proche des plages et balades.Nous avons apprécié également le grand jardin clos.Les propriétaires sont très agréables, réactifs et présents dès que besoin.Nous recommandons ce gîte dans cette magnifique région morbihannaise.

Très beau séjour dans une très belle région. Location fidèle à la description, mon séjour y a été très agréable. Et mon chien a pu profiter du terrain clos. Propriétaire sympathique et accueillante. Un seul bémol : le manque de parasol.
