The cottage is a large family home combining modernity with the charms of the old. Everything has been thought out for your comfort in a cozy and warm atmosphere.
The vacation rental offers you: - On the ground floor: a large living room with fireplace for your winter evenings, a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a laundry room, a bathroom and a separate toilet. - Upstairs: 3 double bedrooms (each with 1 bed 160 x 200), 2 bedrooms for 3 people (each with 1 bed 160x200 and 1 bed 90x190), 1 bedroom for 4 people (1 bed 140x190 and 2 beds 90x190), a bathroom and a separate toilet. Outside, you will enjoy at the front of the house a courtyard to park your cars and at the back of a large garden with terrace and another parking space. For the deposit, please provide 2 checks: 1 of 480 € for the cottage and 1 of 120 € cleaning deposit. In southern Brittany, just 20 km from Vannes and 15 km from the popular beaches of Damgan, between woods and moors, Berric is a charming green town.
At 800 m, discover the town's pond for fishermen and children with its playground. 15 min away, don't miss Questembert with its halls hosting markets, shows and fairs.
The Gulf of Morbihan and the Rhuys Peninsula will also be essential stops during your stay.
Heritage lovers can discover La Gacilly with its photo exhibitions as well as Rochefort-En-Terre elected Favorite Village of the French in 2016 with its cobbled streets, its flower-decked houses and its Christmas lights.

Radiateurs non allumés dans les chambres, en décembre ce n'est pas cool surtout quand il y'a bébé et petits. Heureusement qu'il y avait la cheminée. La salle de bain en bas aurait besoin de petit coup de modernité.

Gite très fonctionnel, chambres spacieuses, belle prestation.On se sent comme chez soit, le plus, le poêle à bois.Nous avons passé un très bon week-end familial et aussi profité du grand jardin arboré à l'arrière. A proximité du bourg de Berric à pied.Je recommande.
