The owners, who have traveled the world for many years, have brought back from their travels various pieces of furniture and objects contributing to the unique and original decoration of the rental! This holiday home offers you:
- On the ground floor: an entrance, a large living room with lounge and living room, a partly open kitchen with pantry/laundry area, 2 bedrooms (1 bed 160 and 2 beds 90), a bathroom water and a separate toilet.
- Upstairs: an office space on the landing, 3 bedrooms (2 160 cm beds, 2 90 cm beds), a bathroom (with bath and shower) and a separate toilet.
Outside: you will enjoy a large enclosed private garden with a terrace without vis-à-vis enjoying an unobstructed view of the park.
The cottage is located next to the owners' house and close to 5 rentals, 3 of which are not rented out. Two parking spaces are reserved for you in the common car park. Belle Ile en Mer is wild and majestic with breathtaking landscapes between the cliffs, the needles of Port Coton, the Pointe des Poulains, the beach of Donnant, its creeks with turquoise waters... Discover its natural treasures at bike or on foot thanks to the 120 km of trails.
During your stay, in addition to swimming, a whole range of activities will be available to you: hiking, horse riding, golf, thalassotherapy, water sports... Not to be missed: Sauzon, a charming little fishing port and Le Palais with its citadel Vauban.
In this little world apart, you will nevertheless find all the shops you will need for your stay.

Independent and surrounded by a 6-hectare park, you will find peace and serenity there.

Un séjour très, très agréable. Monsieur Trouchet est une personne sympathique et l’île est toujours aussi magnifique. Le gîte était très confortable, avec une décoration riche et variée. Nous comptons bien revenir à Belle Île et bien entendu chez Monsieur Trouchet.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour à belle île. La maison était grande, spacieuse, et en pleine nature (quartier entouré de champs). Les propriétaires nous ont très bien reçu, attentionnés et discrets. Nous recommandons l'endroit.
