Two-storey house located in a quiet residential neighborhood, located 20 minutes from Barcelona city and 10 minutes walk to the beach. There is a bus station just 100 meters away and the airport is only 10 minutes away by car.

Space

The accommodation has Wi-Fi connection and cable TV. Sheets, towels and basics are provided.It has been recently renovated and equipped to make your stay as pleasant as possible. It consists of two rooms with a double bed, a single room and another room with bunk beds, it is completely exterior and is complemented by a terrace.

On the ground floor there is the living room, kitchen, single bedroom and bathroom with shower. In the living room, one of the TVs, a dining table and a comfortable sofa to rest have been placed. The bathroom is separated from the rooms to give practice to families or for those traveling on business.On the second floor there are 3 bedrooms: two with a double bed and a room with a bunk bed. It also has a bathroom with a bathtub.

Please note that registration is until 7:30-8:00 p.m. on special days: December 24 and December 31.

As you will be staying in a fully licensed tourist apartment there is a tourist tax of €2.50 per adult per night, this must be paid at check-in please. Children under 16 are free.
