People in the property:


- The flat is rented out completely for the exclusive use of the guests.

- The maximum capacity of the property is the number of persons indicated in the property details, including adults and children.

- The property can only accommodate the number of people on the booking and no more people can be staying/visiting at the same time at the property.



Check-in
- The minimum age for booking and check-in is 25 years.

- It is mandatory that all guests present a legal official identity document (ID card or passport) at check-in. Other documents will not be accepted.

- Option of key collection at the accommodation. It must be requested 48h00 before the day of check-in. Cost for direct entry: 20 euros


*You must take into account that there may be a delay at the time of key handover, at the accommodation, for reasons beyond Vivalidays control.





- Late arrival and departure option from 19:00 to 21:00 : Price 50€ per booking (payment on arrival)


- Late arrival option from 21:00 to 24:00 : Price 100€ per booking (payment on arrival)


- Out of hours check-in option with safe deposit box in the office free of charge.



- No show on the day of check-in, no refund of the booking will be made.



- Payment of the tourist tax is obligatory: Price 1€ per night/person +16 years old and maximum payment for 7 nights.



Cleaning
. The flat must be properly cleaned, dishes cleaned and rubbish deposited in the street bins before check-out, otherwise a 100€ security deposit fee will be charged.




Beach towels are not provided.




Keys
- Loss of keys to the property: Price 100€ per booking to be paid upon delivery of the new key set.


- Forgotten keys inside the property or inside the front door lock and need to be opened by a locksmith: the price will depend on the technician's rate and will be paid on-site to the technician.




Rules
- Guests agree to respect the rules of the property and especially not to make noise at night between 22:00 and 8:00 in the morning.



- No parties or celebrations are allowed on the property.

- If there are complaints from neighbours or the police are called, the deposit will not be refunded and the tenant must leave the accommodation at the same time.




- Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.



- No smoking.



- No lighting candles or any other objects that may cause a fire in the property.



- IMPORTANT
- In properties where pets are allowed, pet owners must be vigilant in picking up after their pets and cleaning up after them. Otherwise an extra cleaning fee of 100 euros will be deducted from the security deposit.



- Vivalidays (Vivagestur SL) cannot be held responsible for theft or burglary of the property or any loss during your stay.
