This apartment is ideal for an excellent vacation, as it is located in a prime area of Calella, with direct beach access via the pedestrian crossing.
Building has no elevator.
It is distributed as follows: - Large living/dining room with sea views - 3 bedrooms: Bedroom 1: double bed Bedroom 2: double bed Bedroom 3: 3 single beds - Fully equipped open-plan kitchen - 1 bathroom with bathtub - 1 bathroom with shower - Equipped balcony.
The accommodation does not include a parking space.
Free parking on the beach.
Paid public parking 500 meters away. (Carrer Sant Jaume 338) - No refunds or financial compensation will be issued under any circumstances for your reservation.
Any incidents must be reported immediately to allow for prompt resolution.
People on the property: · The apartment is rented entirely for the exclusive use of guests. · The maximum capacity of the property is the number of people indicated in the property details, including adults and children. · The property can only accommodate the number of people specified in the reservation, and no additional people may stay or visit at the same time.
Check-in: · The minimum age for booking and check-in is 18 years old. · All guests are required to present a legal official identification document (ID card or passport) upon check-in.
No other documents will be accepted. · Key collection is at our office from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM, Carrer de les Antilles 13, 17310 Lloret de Mar. - Option for key delivery at the accommodation.
This must be requested 48 hours in advance of the check-in day.
Cost for direct entry: 20 euros *Please note that there may be a delay in key delivery at the accommodation due to reasons beyond Vivalidays' control. · Option to pick up keys from a secure box in the town of Pineda de Mar, free of charge.
This service must be requested in advance and will be confirmed based on key box availability.
Arrivals and departures outside of hours: · Option for late arrival between 7:00 PM and 9:00 PM: Price €50 per reservation (payment upon arrival). · Option for late arrival between 9:00 PM and 12:00 AM: Price €100 per reservation (payment upon arrival). · Option for check-in outside of office hours with a secure box at the office, free of charge. · Failure to appear on check-in day will result in no refund of the reservation. · Mandatory tourist tax payment: Price €1.75 per night/person over 16 years old, with a maximum charge for 7 nights. · Security deposit of 300 euros.
This will be pre-authorized on a bank card at the time of key collection.
If payment is made in cash, you must provide an IBAN number for the refund via bank transfer.

The apartment must be left tidy, with dishes cleaned and trash deposited in the street bins before check-out.
Otherwise, a fee of €100 will be charged from the security deposit.
Beach towels are not provided.
Keys: · Loss of property keys: Price €100 per reservation, payable upon delivery of the new set of keys. · Keys forgotten inside the property or in the lock of the main door, requiring locksmith intervention: the price will depend on the technician's fee and will be paid on-site to the technician.
Rules: · Guests agree to respect the property rules, especially regarding noise levels between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. · Parties or celebrations are not permitted on the property.
If there are complaints from neighbors or the police are called, the deposit will not be refunded, and the tenant must leave the accommodation immediately. · No smoking. - No candles or any other fire-starting objects are allowed in the dwelling. - IMPORTANT: In properties where pets are accepted, owners must ensure they clean up after their pets and clean up any urine.

Het verblijf is fantastisch, en luxe! De bedden zijn heerlijk, en de ligging tov de restaurants, barretjes, Barcelona, Lloret de Mar, Girona is erg goed. Enige punt is de spoorwegovergang die exact tegenover het appartement ligt. Opzich is dit niet erg, en valt zelfs het geluid met de schuifpui dich...
