Fantastic
Lovely cottage on quirky street

A genuinely lovely cottage on a quirky street. It's really restful with nearby pubs and tourist attractions for entertainment. It's perfectly located for Halifax and Bradford. The view of the viaduct is gorgeous. I spent a lot of time in the garden (I was lucky to have sun but think it must be cute in the snow). The cottage is clean and comfortable with everything you'd need for a short stay.

The parking is not designated and so you can park anywhere on Thurgill St. The property is accessed down a flight of rough stone steps, the gate is not labelled but, it is the only pedestrian gate. The cottage is great for 2, although it does sleep 3. It was beautifully decorated for Xmas when we were there.

We had a lovely stay at The Treetops for the week; had some fantastic scenic hikes in the stunning landscape of the Dales, all from the door, with no driving necessary. The accommodation was comfortable, clean, spacious, well-equipped, warm and has a wonderful view. Stephen & Rachel are friendly, helpful & responsive - we wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.
