1 Cobb View is a ground-floor apartment consisting of a kitchen/diner with dining seating, an electric oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, and dishwasher and a sitting room with a TV and DVD Player. The bedrooms consist of a king-size and a family room with a king-size and bunk bed. Servicing these is a bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Outside, there is parking for 1 car in an allocated space in private car park a short walk from the property and a private garden with patio, furniture. Pets are only allowed for bookings between 1st Nov - 1st March. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Guests can find a shop and a pub within 0.1 mile. Good location, very close to a sandy beach and The Cobb. Very clean and well equipped. Having a parking space was useful.

We really enjoyed our stay and have booked again. Small details - the sash window in the room with the bunk beds is hard to close, one of the catches is wobbly. It would be really helpful if there was a large fold up clothes airer of the sort you can buy from Robert Dyas for about £30. A teapot woul...
