The light and airy sitting room provides a warm and welcoming space with a large seating area, charming windows and a woodburning stove helping to create a truly inviting zone.
Step into the delightful, fully fitted kitchen which has everything guests could need to create delicious cuisine for their party and there is even an elegant dining area set up ready for sociable mealtimes, the perfect place to gather together and enjoy quality holiday time and really get into the holiday ambience.
If the sun is shining (which it does a lot in Dorset!) then step outside onto the patio area which has furniture ready for you to indulge in some eating and drinking alfresco.
When bedtime calls, make your way to either of the two well-appointed bedrooms, a king-size and a twin; both are superbly presented and are a truly relaxing place to lay your weary head after a hard day of holidaying.

We have stayed here before, and once again our stay here was brilliant. Everything we could need is supplied and the garden is a lovely place to sit, relax and enjoy the birdsong. The location is just a short walk into Lyme Regis so was ideal.

Our visit here was perfect. Everything we could possibly need was supplied, including a welcome pack and milk on arrival. A lovely extra touch was a decorated Christmas tree, which surprised and delighted us as we entered the property. Would highly recommend for a stay.

Quiet, comfortable and clean. Has everything that you need for a relaxing break. Only a 5/10 minute walk from the centre of Lyme Regis. Parking can be an issue, but there is some free parking nearby, if you do your research!
