We propose to you to rent, on the commune of Embrun, this charming studio with a surface of 32 m ² and being able to accomodate until 4 travelers.
Located on the 7th floor (with elevator), it is composed of a nice living room of 20 m², an equipped kitchenette, a nice bedroom, a bathroom. The accommodation is composed as follows: - In the entrance a bunk bed. - A living room of 20 m² with TV, sofa bed (double) and dining area. - A kitchenette equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, hotplates, filter coffee machine, raclette machine... - A bathroom with bathtub. - Separate toilet. Outside : - A balcony of 5 m², facing south with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days.
You can also enjoy a view of the lake and the mountain. The studio is ideally located in Embrun, in a very pleasant environment.
You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential businesses but also stores, restaurants, bars, market... Activities : - All activities around the lake of Serre Ponçon at 3 kms (2,6 kms on foot) : nautical base, water level, beach, sailing, windsurfing, water games... - Bicycle and boat rentals, kite-surfing school, canoeing and kayaking club, UCPA RAFT - Visits of the Boscodon abbey at 8 kms / cheese dairies, honey factories - Visit the museum of the Serre-Ponçon lake dam - Saturday morning market in Embrun with all the local products (night markets in summer) - All mountain sports activities with offices in the city center (rafting, climbing, paragliding, white water swimming, canyoning, guided hikes, mountain bike rentals, supervised mountain bike trips ......) - 4 ski resorts around Embrun (ORRES 28 mn by shuttle), RISOUL-VARS 40mn, CREVOUX 27mn, REALLON 33 mn Transportation: If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly on the numbered parking space of the apartment, located at the edge of the street in front of the building. As for other modes of transportation, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Nearest train station: Embrun station located at 2.1 km (5 minutes by car) - Nearest airport: Marseille Marignane airport located at 208 km (2h13 by car) Other remarks : - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation. - Sheet and towel rental options on request from the concierge, payment on site. - The cleaning is to be done by the tenants To ensure that your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership with the teams of Book&Pay (advertisement and reservation management service) and Silve&Co Conciergerie (concierge / housekeeping service).
