Deganwy 1.3 miles.
Set on the outskirts of Deganwy, in the bustling county of Conwy, is this single-storey, well-positioned cottage, Laragh.
Featuring a ground-floor living layout, off-road parking, private gardens, and a well-equipped kitchen, whilst paces away from local amenities and the beach, Laragh is ideal for a group seascape, welcoming four guests and two well-behaved dogs.
Rustle up a home cooked meal before dining in the main living space, which is both spacious and homely due to the electric fire, before washing away a day of adventure in the well-presented bathroom, ahead of a restful night.
Benefit from two private outdoor areas, one of which is found through the relaxing sun room, where you can enjoy a morning coffee while gazing outward to your secluded environment or an afternoon read.
When you’re ready to explore Deganwy, you’ll be greeted by an array of amenities, perfect for easing your self-catering stay; from lunches at Paysanne, a French restaurant, to drinks at Castle View, offering views of the harbour, and shopping trips to the local Co-op.
On your doorstep you will also find Deganwy Castle, the Marina which is popular for sailing trips, strolls overlooking Wales’s largest National Park, and the Promenade and its sandy shore.
Travelling towards Conwy, experience the perfect picture opportunity at The Smallest House in Great Britain, standing as 72 inches wide, tour Plas Mawr, a 16th century Elizabethan townhouse, or head to Conwy Castle, built in 1283 which to this day stands as one of the most magnificent fortresses.
Llandudno, a popular seaside town is also accessible by car, and should be added to your must-visit list; you can board the cable car station, up to the Great Orme Summit, offering breath-taking views of the encompassing countryside.
Or visit Llandudno Pier and its coastal amusements and food stalls before taking to the water, and enjoy a sightseeing trip around the shoreline.
No matter the weather, enjoy a getaway to Conwy, making Laragh your abode.
