The property suited our needs in every way. Location - excellent. The property was clean enough, but the blinds could do with a clean and would not stay up, to let the light in. There was a dirty/used duster left under a cushion on the sofa. The mattresses were quite hard, but we know and understand...

The property is in a great location being 15 min walk from centre of Chester. Unfortunately the house was freezing when we arrived as the heating hadn’t been on. It took ages to get warm. The heating system is old and in need of an upgrade.

The house was in a great location being an easy 15 minute walk into the centre of Chester. Parking was good on the drive. However, there was no heating on when we arrived and the house was freezing. It took a day for the property to warm up sufficiently. The heating system was old and inefficient. The towels were old and thin. Overall just a little tied. We did not consider it was value for money.
