By climbing 4 steps, access to a flower garden of 50 m². Parking possible along the road in front of the house. In the small hamlet of Ville Morel, this small stone house with blue shutters will be a charming address for discovering the Côte de Goélo. Comfortably installed, you will enjoy resting in the spacious living room.
The landscaped garden in tonic colors offers a very pleasant and well sheltered relaxation area.
The environment is relaxing, but if you like lively atmospheres, you will reach Binic very quickly: less than 3 km away, where bars, restaurants, shops line the quays of this very famous resort, appreciated for its beautiful sandy beaches. : that of La Banche, at the entrance to Binic, the more intimate one of the Outer Port.
You will like to walk along the quays to the Penthièvre pier, a beautiful 350 m long wall.
The resort of Etables-sur-Mer also offers pretty beaches: that of Godelins with its pretty beach cabins, its diving board and the surrounding streets with 1900 style villas. 20 km from St-Brieuc.

Accueillis chaleureusement avec un delicieux far breton fait maison et du cidre...Propriétaire réactive et arrangeante.On s est tout de suite senti comme chez nous. Lit confortable. Joli jardinet.Et surtout le calme absolu. Bien situé pour sillonner partout.Bref un très bon séjour.

Propriétaires à l 'écoute de leurs hôtes, attentionnés, vous accueillent avec une délicieuse attention.Endroit calme et reposant, parfait pour la découverte des lieux , le GR 34 étant à proximité. Idéal pour les marcheurs. Vivement conseillé.
