The decor is modern and the cosy dining room with open kitchen is ideal for the whole group to get together. Enjoy the sun from the terrace and light the barbecue for an unforgettable summer evening. You can relax in the hot tub (water change at €100) and with a billiard and table tennis table you won't be bored for a moment. Delightful! Note: tap water is not drinking water

On Sunday, Easter Monday and Whit Monday the departure time is at the latest at 18:00 hours at this holiday home.
Upon arrival, the beds are made.
Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine.
For reasons of tranquillity, reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted.
Because of the peace and quiet and possible neighbours, noise nuisance is not allowed/prohibited in this holiday home.
Upon departure, please empty all trash bins and leave garbage in the designated spot.
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house.
