Our charming apartment has 2 bedrooms; one is equipped with a 180cm box spring bed, the second with a 180cm upholstered bed. An additional bed for another child can be provided upon request for an extra charge.
The large bathroom with a double vanity, shower, bathtub, and toilet offers plenty of space.
The second toilet houses a washing machine and dryer. The kitchen is fully equipped.
You can enjoy an unforgettable view of the Wilder Kaiser from all living areas. Our charming holiday apartment with 2 bedrooms, a spacious living area, two toilets, and good amenities is located in a quiet hillside position.
With a large balcony and unobstructed panoramic views of the Wilder Kaiser, you can enjoy the end of the day. As the ski slope runs directly past the house, you can confidently leave your car during your vacation and enjoy nature.
You can also reach the ski descent within a few meters on foot and ski back almost to your doorstep.
In summer, hiking and cycling trails are in close proximity.
The nearest ski bus stop is only about 100m away. In the summer, we are located directly next to the beautiful hiking trails of Ellmau.
Start your hike on the Ringweg in Ellmau or hike to the Gruttenhütte or up to the Biedringer Platte.
The Schnitzfigurenweg (Carved Figure Trail) to Rübezahlalm is also a true nature and cultural experience.

Uitchecktijd 09.00 uur is wel vroeg. 10.00 uur zou een meer normaal tijdstip zijn.
Lage hervorragend, Unterkunft für uns hotelverwöhnte gut.

Het huis is heel ruim ,netjes en comfortabel! Wij hadden de bovenste verdieping en was super. onder is nog een appartement . Het uitzicht is geweldig en het ski in /ski out is natuurlijk superluxe en handig! met een ruimte onder het huis voor de skies. Badkamer is heel ruim en fijn met nog een extra...
Enige min punt is dat we dachten dat het dorpje te belopen en vlakbij was, maar is naar beneden best een wandeling en misschien te doen maar omhoog absoluut niet , al gaat er wel vaak een bus bijna vanaf het huis en/
of taxi's omhoog tot bijna het huis.
