Ausblick vom Balkon in die Berge... Kurze Wege zum Stadtzentrum von Meran, viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sehr gut mit dem Auto/Bus erreichbar
Tagsüber sehr viel Verkehr auf der Straße.
Gute Lage für Motorradfahrer und die mit Hänger anreisen
