Palm Mar is a quiet, elegant and exclusive residential area in a privileged location between two nature reserves and the sea. Palm Mar is not commercialised for tourism, so it is outside the mass tourism in an extremely quiet location and has no hotel or disco and no traffic. An ideal place for holidaymakers who are looking for peace and relaxation, close to the sea and the beautiful beach promenade, from where they can watch the fantastic sunsets behind Isla Gomera. Palm Mar is only 10 minutes by car from the tourist areas of Los Cristianos, Las Americas and Costa Adeje. Tenerife Sur Reina Sofia Airport is 10 kilometres away. At only 50-100m from the apartment there is a supermarket, bars, restaurants, medical centre, bank, etc. The original beach with the long beach promenade can be reached in only 500m from the apartment.
The flat is approx. 70sqm in size, the terrace with its 14sqm is the highlight of the entire flat, it has just been completely renovated by us with only high quality materials and modern furniture, the bathroom and kitchen are also completely new. As soon as you wake up you have a great view of the sea directly from your bed, when you sit on the sofa in the lounge you can see the sea, it accompanies you throughout the flat, wherever you are, you can see the sea, the spacious terrace offers a comfortable dining area and a relaxation area where you can enjoy the beautiful sunsets. The terrace can be used completely open but also protected from the wind and sun behind 6 metres of seamless glazing. The glazing can be opened easily and conveniently and disappears to the side, so that the terrace can be used in any weather.
From the modern and very comfortable sofa bed in the salon you can watch your favourite programmes on the new 65" Smart TV, in the bedroom there is another 55" TV where you can watch sports etc. independently of the salon.
The terrace is modern and comfortably furnished, the two relaxing armchairs invite you to watch the sea at sunset with a cocktail in your hand. At the large communal pool, we have purchased two private sun loungers with parasols especially for our guests, which are labelled with the flat number M15. The padel tennis court can be used at any time and free of charge. An underground parking space is available to our guests free of charge, lift available and wheelchair accessible.
There is a bakery right on the avenue for your fresh bread rolls in the morning and there are also other supermarkets for your daily needs and nice cafes, bars and restaurants of various nationalities within a short walking distance. The beach promenade is a 5-minute walk away, where you will find the quaint beach bar "Chiringuito Palm Mar" and the elegant beach club "Bahia Beach".
