A recently renovated and tastefully furnished flat, just a few steps from the splendid baroque cathedral of San Nicolò, in the heart of Noto.


The flat is located on the mezzanine floor of a baroque style building and has been renovated in a modern style, whilst retaining some period features including the cement floors and decorated vaulted ceilings. A few steps lead up to the small terrace with a table and chairs and from here to the kitchen, furnished with a dining table and equipped with amenities including an oven and espresso machine. The living room features design elements including a vintage-style sofa and armchair, as well as a double sofa bed and a TV. The sleeping area consists of a bedroom with a double bed and a TV. A bathroom with shower completes the layout.

Free wifi, washing machine, heating with heat pump and air conditioning in the living room and bedroom will be at guests' disposal.

Also called the capital of Baroque, Noto boasts a splendid historical centre, which was declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2002. Among the protected assets is the Cathedral of Noto, the city's most important place of Catholic worship. Also in the city centre, don't miss the Palazzo Ducezio, a true gem of Baroque architecture that houses the famous Sala degli Specchi (Hall of Mirrors). Towards the coast is the natural oasis of Calamosche beach, declared in 2005 as 'Italy's most beautiful beach' for its crystal-clear waters.
